On the bottom right corner of your Zoho CRM interface, you can find a clock-like icon as shown below.
Click on the Recent Items icon and you can the recent records that you have worked on.
Here you can find all types of records that have recently been worked on.
To understand whether it is a lead, contact, deal, or any task record simply hover over the record as shown below.
Important Note: We can see up to 20 records in our Recent Items list.
