Eligibility Criteria

3-7 years as a CRM Business Development Consultant
Proven success in converting prospects into customers
Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
Prior experience with Zoho CRM is highly desirable

Responsibilities

Engage with prospective customers to understand their business processes and requirements
Develop tailored solution plans to address customer needs
Deliver personalized presentations showcasing the proposed solution
Estimate work efforts and draft detailed proposals
Address customer questions and objections to successfully convert prospects into customers
Collaborate with the delivery team to ensure projects are completed successfully and on time
Partner with the marketing team to devise innovative strategies for attracting and retaining clients
